ClearCost functions as part of the SIAM ecosystem, with spend analytics for cloud services.

The cost management methodology uses a technical business management (TBM) approach, delivering apples-for-apples product and service benchmarking assuring technology functions deliver the best value-for-money. Our core offerings span Advisory, Oversight and Delivery Staffing services.

Within Advisory Services we can help with your program planning, structure and establishment.  This covers running your planning workshops, supporting you through development of your MVP or scope outlines, building your charters or lean canvas documentation and setting up the delivery structures.  We can define your wider governance and assurance structures, using ‘traditional’ or agile methodology and of course have a wealth of experience in business case creation and benefit definition.

We can also provide Independent Oversight Services.  These are tailored to a client’s specific needs but can include the provision of fractional PMO / EPMO services.  In this case we work with you to define the service offering and then provide this at a fixed cost per month.  In response to client requests we have also offered independent delivery expertise for Steer Co’s, using our experience in delivering complex change to hold your delivery partners and vendors to account.  A related service is to provide initial, ad hoc or routine business case and program health-check reviews or Go / No Go validations, all to provide assurance that the delivery is as expected, as reported and as contracted.
This can also expand post project to include benefit review and tracking.

Our Delivery Services usually takes the form of incremental headcount working directly for you.  We can provide expert staff at short notice to give you partial or full PMO / EPMO or delivery management staffing.  This is delivery agnostic and we can provide Agile and Traditional Project and Program Managers and Directors on flexible contract terms.
